Healing Forest Program
A long-term community change program that implements the four laws of change. It is designed to be implemented by the grassroots people in the community. The first year includes a community assessment, coalition building and trainings to develop the skills and knowledge to accomplish this change process. The second year begins the development of a vision for change, the publication of a community-wide vision book, and the successful implementation of that vision.

Conflict Resolution
A one-day workshop to solve and resolve specific conflicts in the community. The Teachings in this program are based upon the Teaching of the Medicine Wheel.

Leadership Training
One, two, or three-day workshop introducing community leaders to the skills and attitudes needed to be effective in Native American communities. This program has been presented for Tribal Councils, governments, department heads and supervisors. The training addresses the creation of a leadership style that is values-based (respect, trust).

Servant Leadership
This one day training introduces the Principles, Laws and Values that support Servant Leadership. Participants learn from the Teachings of the Elders how leadership was practiced in traditional times, and how to effectively meet the many needs of the people in the community. (Can be adapted to a half-day; two day or three day training.)

Diversity
One or two-day workshop covering Multicultural and Workplace Diversity. This is an especially useful model for Native American organizations, Tribal, State, and Federal governments that have working relationships with multiple cultures.

Coalition Building
One day training designed to teach grassroots organizers and community organizations to take advantage of the natural alliances in their communities in order to create a structure for addressing community based issues. This is an important training for those communities who want to apply for Federal and State grants that require collaborative structures.
