  Circles of Recovery Information

The White Bison Circles of Recovery Project began in the Autumn of 1998. Circles of Recovery refers to the many different community Wellbriety efforts that must simultaneously take place in order for lasting healing to come to individuals, families, community and Nation. The White Bison Firestarters Program is an important part of the many Circles of Recovery that take place in the grassroots community. The September National Circles of Recovery Conferences is another.

Now, some of the Circles of Recovery include the individual Circles of 1) Medicine Wheel and the 12 Steps for Men; 2) Medicine Wheel and the 12 Steps for Women; 3) Daughters of Tradition; 4) Sons of Tradition; 5) Firestarters Family Series; 6) Firestarters for Friends and Family; 7) Children of Alcoholics (including NANACOA)
