How You Can Help: Fund a Mile

The first US Government Indian Boarding School was founded at Carlisle, PA in 1879. Our goal for this journey is to promote awareness, dialogue, forgiveness and healing among Native people for the Intergenerational Trauma resulting from the US Indian Boarding School Era. To highlight 1879 as the beginning of this tragic and as yet not properly documented chapter in American History, we are asking you to help fund the costs of the 2009 Wellbriety Journey for Forgiveness for $18.79/mile.

In recognition of your generosity and support, you will receive one bracelet saying “2009 Forgiveness Journey” for each mile you fund.
